Allow workflows without postprocessing

Problem / Motivation

Currently (v1.0.2.20260711) it seems you can only save a workflow if an AI provider for postprocessing and a postprocessing prompt is set. It seems needlessly limiting to prescribe AI postprocessing for workflows.

Workflows are what really sets apart TypeWhisper from similar apps. They are useful even if you want the raw transcript, because you can set the language (and hopefully soon, languages) per app or per hotkey.

Proposed Solution

Let user save workflows

• with the AI provider set to None (which should be at the top of the list)
• with an empty postprocessing prompt

If any of the above is true, skip postprocessing.
