Filter arm joysticks with low pass filter #16
Description
Use your new low pass filter in the arduino code for the arm joysticks.
**currently blocked by #15 ** - which has the arm joysticks code.
Feel free to refactor / rework the arm joysticks code as you see fit.
Would be good to test this on-bot / on the old arm as I think it is operational. @jodhsinghnahal, Arm team and/or Conor can get you set up with it. I can help out online as well but you need someone to show you how to plug it in and do a quick rundown on safely operating it.
