Bug Report New Issue Title Changes My Keyboard to Hebrew (Desire to stay in English)

When I click on new issue bug report, the cursor is positioned in the Title edit widget and the keyboard is changed to Hebrew. My default is English.

Solution

I realized there is a setting in Mac OS (Sequoia 15.7.4) that disables "Automatically Switch To Document's Input Source".

Leaving this discussion open in case others (with both Hebrew and English keyboard Input Sources configured) happen onto this same problem.
