Control: Create proxy when material name changes

Mixed MSW is a material in WARM v15 that has combustion and landfilling pathways but it does not have a recycling pathway.
There is an equivalent material for Mixed MSW for this pathway called Mixed Recyclables.

The request is to create a copy of the MSW recycling of Mixed Recyclables and call it MSW recycling of Mixed MSW, but this could be implemented as a generic control where we could maintain a dictionary like

`MSW recycling of Mixed MSW` : `MSW recycling of Mixed Recyclables`

have a control to create processes (keys) using a copy of their proxy (value)
