A typo in pulling and processing the Summary_Import_BeforeRedef and the Summary_Use_SUT resulted in the 2017 data year being pulled for every listed year.

That is, useeior::Summary_Import_2013_BeforeRedef_17sch == useeior::Summary_Import_2017_BeforeRedef_17sch

This impacts all Summary tables (2012 - 2023) of the 2017 schema for these two objects. 2012 Schema data are not impacted.
