Improved indexing progress reports #2
Description
This is an issue that also involves oni-indexer, but I'm putting it here because the oni-express docker-compose stack is the interface to indexing so it requires work on both.
Indexing just churns through everything until it's finished, with no feedback as to how many items total or remain to be indexed. This can be improved.
