This looks like the device isn't getting pwned.

1. Make sure you are using d235j's version of the tools:

brew install --HEAD idevicerestore
brew install --HEAD gaster

2. Try from a clean slate - Turn EVERYTHING off! Then turn your computer back on, and in very specific order:

1. Start with homepod powered off and unplugged.
2. Put homepod upside down and leave it upside down!!
3. Connect adapter to homepod
   4)Plug homepod usb into computer
4. Only after you've done all of the above, plug power into homepod
5. Run the three commands to restore (gaster pwn, gaster reset, idevicerestore...)
6. Wait...don't touch the pod / cables until it finishes

If its still not getting past iBSS, try cleaning the black adhesive around the debug port of the homepod off, in case it's adding extra thickness and preventing good contact with the usb adapter

I know it can be annoying, but please try a completely clean run at this. It looks like you interrupted gaster right before trying again which, in my experience, has left "ghost" devices on my mac and prevented me from restoring any other homepods until I rebooted everything
