"Creative tab loop found" with Monster Box from quark

I will be playing and the game will just crash unexpectedly while exploring. Whenever it crashes I look at the logs and it looks like this mod is always the last process running when the game crashes and it shows its throwing alot of errors.

No idea what's happening here, the linked log doesn't contain anything from Zeta, doesn't contain a crash, and doesn't contain the "creative tab loop found" stuff either.

IIUC Zeta prints this message when it has trouble injecting something into a creative tab but it's not a hard error

Pushing a sticky piston with two slime blocks attached also completely crashes my server and singleplayer game.

Has absolutely nothing to do with this issue.

Oh it's just the game getting lagged out while exploring. The message is annoying and we should fix it, but

or set Force Creative Tab Appends to true to disable this behavior

it tells you how to turn off the message & it's not crashing anything
