Prevent Tab from enabling "Keyboard Navigation" accessibility mode

As part of Discord's ongoing goal to make the application accessible to all, some time ago they introduced Keyboard Navigation. The 'Tab'-key to enable keyboard navigation is frequently hit accidentally while typing causing the chat input box to lose focus and new supposed text leading to all kinds of unwanted navigation commands. I propose a simple plugin to disallow the 'Tab' key (and other known sources, if any) from enabling keyboard navigation. General shortcuts should still work (Ctrl+T, Ctrl+D, etc.).
