There is a growing number of checkboxes and options for the Mind Map. This can crowd the UI.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add some kind of expandable tray or section for the options.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Growing the number will cause issues over time. Since they are just for the Mind Map view, it is worth adding a section or tray.
