when user gives negative reaction to chatbot's response ,the chatbot does not provide any acknowledgment, apology, or prompt for feedback.

This lack of response can lead to user frustration, as they may feel their feedback is unacknowledged.

1.Adding this feature could create a more positive user experience and allow for better insights into areas of improvement.
Suggested Solution
Implementing a feature that triggers a message like "Sorry for not meeting your expectations! Could you tell us how we can improve?" would enhance the feedback experience and help improve chatbot quality.
