Network Protocol Error when joining Velocity server

Bug Description

When i join a Velocty Server using 1.21.11 (maybe older versions too) i get kick out due to network protocol error
If i select 26.1.2 i can join but the problem is im playing a server there which is still in 1.21.11 and they dont have ViaVersion
Even SNAPSHOT version doesnt fix this

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join Velocity Server using 1.21.11
2. You get kick out for Network Protocol Error

Expected Behavior

It should let me in without problem

I code a fix myself, its not the best way but at least i can play again
