How do I actually implement vaapi settings into yours

Would like to use my poco f6 with adreno with vaapi plugins as my second rig to save some porridge processing power on my main toy. How co I implement those codecs into your matrix?

I'm going to have root access in couple of days, but yeah was wondering if snapdragon 8 gen3 can handle me normally playing games, some 2k,most scaled with dlss or other upsvcalers
