Please add Nuvio Streams to selfhosting app

Please add Nuvio Streams to the list of apps for selfhosting. The community instance is very unstable with frequent downtime.

I looked into this and I believe the reason it hasn't been added is because there is no publicly maintained docker release. You have to clone the repository and build each container release yourself which seems to be out of the scope of this project.
