Hard box around face

Ever since a couple of weeks ago, very sharp edges started showing around a swapped face. This did not happen when using CURRENT_COMMIT=81eaf3cafe58b3a20a4c4044c060a00d68247291 version.

Before a couple of weeks ago, you NEVER used to see the box around a swapped face. Now the box is extremely noticeable and has very sharp edges. The only way to get rid of it is to activate 'border mask' or 'occlusion' or 'dfl xseg mask' on the swapped face.

I have tried redownloading the models, rebuilding the TensorRT cache, optimizing the models, and creating a whole new installation of Visomaster-Fusion.

I am not sure what may have caused this, but I believe it may have something to do with 61ff47c or 91c826f but I am no expert. That's around the time it started occurring.

I am having the same issue. It happens when I use either Enable Face Restorer 1 or Enable Face Restorer 2 and it gets worse when using both. Adding more tweaking in the Face Swap tab makes the box even worse. Its so bad it unusable so I hope this gets fixed soon.

You should use at least 'border mask'
This feature was made optional because there was demand to.
But it should be activated to remove the box border.
It's not a bug.

It did not happen previously even with 'border mask' disabled.

PR #224 may address this by enabling Border Mask by default to prevent the hard box/black square around swaps.

Could anyone affected by this issue test the PR/latest dev build and confirm whether the hard box is resolved?

I would love to help you, but all 3 instances of my VisoMaster-Fusion installations don't work any more.

I've tried installing every single version from scratch and none of those work either.

Holy crap... I followed these instructions to fix my installation and then I switched to the latest dev build and I think it's all fixed! Everything is working well again and there is no constant flickering or hard box around the faces! And Occlusion and DFL Xseg is working as it was before!
