Changing embedding causes Vram spike

Changing the embedding makes the app fill the vram.

I went back to 1c83203 and everything works.

I can confirm, I have the same issue.

PR #224 may address this by disabling per-worker CUDA streams, which was noted as fixing an ONNX Runtime VRAM explosion.

Could anyone affected by the VRAM spike when changing embeddings test the PR/latest dev build and confirm whether the issue is resolved?

For me it does not spike anymore, so I think its fixed.
