This is a known, confirmed bug caused by an incompatible version of onnxruntime-gpu shipping with the v3.0.0 portable build. Multiple users across both the VisoMaster and VisoMaster-Fusion issue trackers have confirmed the fix: downgrade onnxruntime-gpu to version 1.21.0. github_)
Steps
Since you're using the portable build, open a terminal/command prompt inside the VisoMaster-Fusion folder and run:
batportable-files\python\python.exe -m pip install onnxruntime-gpu==1.21.0
Or if you're using the .venv path:
bat.venv\Scripts\pip install onnxruntime-gpu==1.21.0
Then relaunch the app normally via Start.bat
