viomi.waterheater.e1 状态不同步，不能设置目标温度

To Reproduce / 复现步骤

1、更换为Heating模式，热水器实际已经在加热，但ha状态未改变，一直是关闭
2、温度显示没有问题，但是不能设置目标温度
3、连接到HomeKit中时，目标温度固定50度，模式固定为加热。实际目标温度是75度，状态为关闭。

Expected behavior / 预期结果

1、状态改变同步
2、可设置目标温度
3、整体状态可在homekit中显示并操作

1. 米家中关闭热水器，Homeassistant 中无法同步关闭状态。

2. 更新设备列表后，热水器会变成未知。

3. 米家中更改热水器温度后，可以在 Homeassistant 中修改目标温度，更新设备列表后变为未知（同第二条）。

4. Homeassistant 中设置热水器为关闭后，选择任意模式打开后，还是关闭状态（同 issue 第一条）。
