Describe the bug:
When the terminal window does not have enough height, the "pop up" window for quick-selecting channels from your follow list causes the application to crash

To Reproduce:

1. Start twitch-tui and enter a channel
2. Reduce the height of the terminal window
3. Press "f"
4. Repeat 2 and 3 until the window is small enough to crash

Expected behavior:
The application should not crash, perhaps show a bit of text to the user to make the height larger
