PyTorch version confusion

The README says that version 2.5.1 is used, but the conda env.tml file says 2.0.1. Regardless, since I cannot use conda, I was able to set up the dependencies with the following requirements.txt, where some of the versions have been relaxed. I am hoping this may help others reproduce.
