I would like a Recolor Brush Drawing Tool
[It would be like a normal brush but with recoloring abilities like from dark blue to green, excluding the colors of black and white. If a recolor brush goes over a black or white color nothing would change.]

[I propose no change to the brush tool itself but a recolor brush tool as an option beneath the marker size tool .]
