Incorrect File Name is User Guide 'Quick Start'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the User Guide
2. Navigate to 'Quick Start' section
3. Check Step 6 (Run Em-Social)

Expected: Correct terminal command: java -jar CS2103T-F10-2-EmSocial.jar
Actual: Incorrect terminal command: java -jar em-social.jar

Thank you for your concern regarding the naming of the jar file.

As clarified by Prof Damith in nus-cs2103-AY2425S2/forum#580, this should not be reported as a bug.

The teams do not know the exact name of the jar file that will be given during the PE. Furthermore, its not really possible to know that the brackets were going to be removed when the jar file was given to the testers.

Reason for disagreement: The dev team is well within their rights to consider this a response.notInScope or response.Rejected. I believe it should be the first given that, as a tester, I do not believe it was mentioned outside of this forum message chain that this behaviour is expected. Unless it was mentioned elsewhere, I believe it would be more appropriate to use the .notInScope as I was also unaware of this particular behaviour during the PE.
