Incorrect Error Message When Using '-' (dash) in Name

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Write out a simple, otherwise valid add command, but leave the name as only a '-' or other special character that is allowed.
2. Enter the command.

Expected: Name goes through as expected (nothing to suggest that it does not, given that certain special characters are allowed to be used) or an error message to indicate that a name cannot begin with a special character.
Actual: Error Message stating that certain special characters are allowed.

There is no name that starts with /, ' or -. Therefore, this is a deliberate sabotage and should be response not in scope.
Furthermore, such an occurrence would not occur in normal usage by social workers, as it would be counterproductive instead.

Reason for disagreement: While I understand where the dev team is coming from, I disagree with the idea that this is deliberate sabotage. This could arise due to a simple typing error on the part of the user. For instance, since duplicate names are not handled, a social worker who has been assigned to such households may choose to differentiate between them using the first letter of the primary contact's first name followed by a '-' or '/'. Sample commands: add n/F-Tang... or add n/K/Wong.... In this context, if the user accidentally types in add n/-MTang or add n//KWong, they will encounter the error specified above. Here is an example:

It is reasonable to assume that the user would get confused if they saw this. While this will not impede normal operations of the product, it will likely be encountered by a reasonable number of users. As a result, I do not believe this is deliberate sabotage or out of scope.
