Certain biomes cannot be removed (Extreme Hills, Flower Forests, BoP Rainforest) #40

Love the mod, hope we can get it to work!
I have ALL instances of these biomes set to =0 in the config, yet they persist. Other biomes, when set to 0, do not persist.
In fact, in a world that is basically all WARM, I will still get Extreme Hills.
In a world that is basically all COOL, I will still get BoP Rainforests.
I used this mod years ago, and I don't remember these issues persisting, so it must be something that has changed since.
