Push stages to lambda functions #292

Just an idea from a conversation with @ScottyB
It will be nice for Surround to be able to deploy the implemented stages to lambda functions for scalability. A few things to be designed:
- How can each stage be deployed to lambda functions and talk to one and another?
- How to update these lambda functions?
- Which cloud infrastructure needs to be supported first?
- What are the required steps to set up the infrastructure?
- Automation?
