\usepackage[T1]{fontenc} requires another package.

When using --tikz, the generated coded uses [T1]{fontenc}.
We can't drop it, specially with translations.
[T1]{fontenc} requires texlive-fonts-recommended in Ubuntu 14.04.

We need to at least inform in the documentation.

We could drop it for english and only alert if one wants to use in portuguese.
Nevertheless, we should inform in documentation that will only work in such language with texlive-fonts-recommended.

They may need for a lot of special characters, like ü, which is not exactly
English, but is what we have.

We can't drop it, but can't enforce installation. Just the information will
be helpful enough.
