Hide refs/spice/data when doing git log --all

@injust You can also add ^refs/spice/data after the --all to mean "everything reachable from all refs except (^) anything reachable from refs/spice/data".

git log --all ^refs/spice/data

Yes, but if you use that as a Git alias, it will error when used in a repo where git-spice isn't initialized. git rev-parse is the best way I found to work around that.
