Add application version to compiled Windows binary

Hi,

Thanks for including the compiled binaries in the releases. Can you also add the application name and version to the compiled Windows binary? (https://pyinstaller.org/en/stable/usage.html#capturing-windows-version-data)

This will make it easier for users to determine which version of the executable they had downloaded when checking for updates.
