The link color inside the HelperText component is inconsistent across light and dark modes.

Expected Behavior

• The Template Playground link inside HelperText should always be cyan (#19c6c7 in light mode, and an adjusted cyan in dark mode).
• It should remain visible and readable in both light and dark themes.

Current Behavior

• In light mode, the link appears black, blending with the text.
• In dark mode, the link appears white, blending with the background.
• The expected cyan color is not applied correctly in different themes.
