Put links to various Neurohub subcomponent on dashboard #1358
Description
The link of same categories should be placed in the same button as shown on Bryan presentation.
News to be placed on news page
It also suggests removal of Project and Storage pars.
I am not sure is it good idea though, as some useful features such as project editor are only there, in NeuroHub
