ARIA update - Tree allowed accessibility child roles

Discussed in today's ARIA WG meeting.

I'm raising this issue to inform the ACT group about the spec update about allowed acc child roles for tree - https://github.com/w3c/aria/pull/2094/files, so we can update the relevant rules accordingly.
