Sublime 2 depreciated, consider supporting Sublime 3 #7

Sublime 2 phones home and quits upon startup displaying a message that the trial period is over.

We should consider upgrading dust layer to the current Sublime 3. There are a couple of tasks I can think of:

P.S. technically the 2.0.2 download link is still valid so this isn't an issue with downloading sublime 2. Also if you block the phone home communication you can still work using Sublime 2. The issue is making it seamless for the user and staying current.

I'm looking into this and will post updates below:

I can confirm that the existing Assembly 6510.tmLanguage file works with Sublime 3. I copied it to
/Users/XXXXX/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/User .

appears the instructions required to mod this repo to work with Sublime 3 are already written
