The CHARTER.md at the repository root is a discoverability document that summarizes the Foundation's governance structure and links to each of these files and to the canonical URLs.
The Foundation website is authoritative. If this mirror and the website diverge — for any reason, including merge errors, stale exports, or admin updates not reflected here — the website governs. Each file in this directory carries a comment at the top naming its export date and referencing the canonical URL.
When the Foundation updates a governance document, re-export with:

AAO does not publish a standalone antitrust policy document. Antitrust obligations are encoded in:
bylaws.md— Article VII (and cross-references throughout)membership-agreement.md— §6.3 and §11 (compliance, meetings conduct)../CHARTER.md§6 — summary with pointers
There is no /api/agreement?type=antitrust_policy endpoint; earlier versions of CHARTER.md referenced one, and those references have been corrected.
