Doesn't work on the Brave browser (chromium based).

When clicking on the sample .doc, Brave displays a pop-up to "Save as..." instead of opening it with the extension.

This also happens when trying to drag and drop a locally saved file onto Brave.

Can confirm this is still an issue. Looks like it may be to do with Brave being a bit more conservative about the JavaScript that can be run on the browser – a potential workaround may exist there.

Another behavior I've observed is that you can't change any of the Options for the extension. Clicking the Save button does nothing and, upon opening the Options menu again, the values have returned to their defaults.
