[BUG] Input Field not cleared after Submission in Partner Page

🐞 Bug Description

The input entered in the Name field does not clear once the submit button is clicked.

✅ Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Home page.
2. Scroll down to the section How can we help your business?
3. Click on Become a Partner.
4. Fill the form in the Partners page.
5. Click Submit.
6. The input given in the Name field is retained.

🎯 Expected Behavior

All the fields, including Name, should clear out on clicking the Submit button.

I would like to contribute to this repository by making fixing this bug and making the Partners form more user-friendly by adding proper email validation and adding stars to indicate that all fields are required. Please add the labels for GSSoC'25 and the appropriate level to this issue and assign this to me.
