Version path: 2.11.0 → 2.12 → 2.13 → 2.14 → 2.15 → 2.18.0

• 2.13 added proxy-forwarded-header and proxy-trusted-hosts — important for K8s deployments behind Ingress to get correct client IPs
• 2.14 added declarative auth config keys enabling GitOps-style auth management
• 2.18.0 added experimental PostgreSQL backend

Existing Issues:

• fix support for arguments as described in [ntfy] No args send to the Docker container. Get the NTFY help instead of launching the server #29

Changes required (chronological):

• 2.12 — Add web-push-expiry-warning-duration and web-push-expiry-duration to server.yml template
• 2.13 — Add proxy-forwarded-header, proxy-trusted-hosts, visitor-prefix-bits-ipv4, visitor-prefix-bits-ipv6 to values
• 2.14 — Add declarative auth section to values: auth-users, auth-access, auth-tokens
• 2.15 — Add require-login to values
• 2.18.0 — Add smtp-sender-verify; add experimental PostgreSQL backend config: database-url, database-replica-urls
• Bump appVersion and image tag to 2.18.0
• Bump chart version to 1.0.0
