Version path: 0.21.3 → 0.21.6 (broken — skip) → 0.22.0 (S3 regression — skip) → 0.22.1

⚠️ Copy-paste errors from ntfy chart currently live in Chart.yaml — fix these first.

Changes required (fix metadata first, then version bump):

• Fix artifacthub.io/images[].name: ntfy → popeye
• Fix link label: ntfy GitHub Repository → Popeye GitHub Repository
• Fix link label: ntfy Documentation → Popeye Documentation
• Fix artifacthub.io/license: MIT → Apache-2.0
• Fix org.opencontainers.image.licenses: MIT → Apache-2.0
• Ensure --force-exit-zero is set by default in CronJob/Job args (prevents pod error state on lint warnings)
• Audit spinach config template against current README format — add global FQN excludes, label/annotation excludes, and code severity override sections if missing
• Audit RBAC ClusterRole against current upstream sample
• Add exclusion for 0.21.6 in renovate.json
• Bump appVersion and image tag to v0.22.1
• Bump chart version to 1.0.0
