Description
remove_groups action for sign sync does not remove all other group membership besides the primary group
Steps to reproduce
run with remove_groups and make sure the account is active in Sign in a group not managed by via UST
Expected behavior
user to be removed from all other group(s) beside the primary one and the ones UST is not 'aware' through config
