Switch lichen to use system-model.kdl files

Rather than the current custom "system-model-early-prototype" .json files, switch lichen to use system-model.kdl input files.

It might also make sense to make it possible to substitute in a custom system-model.kdl file as an undocumented option (purely for testing purposes).
