Describe the bug
sdl_set_initial_window_size() does not calculate the window size correctly on some operating systems and settings. Need to do more testing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use my laptop testing device
  2. The window is smaller than it should be

System information

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Possible Settings: UI Scale
