Making the README.md file more detailed and adding Contrubution.md

I can make the README file more detailed, which explains the project clearly, also telling the steps to set it up.
And also add Contributing.md file through which a user who wants to contribute to your project knows what he has to do.

Assign me this issue and i'll raise the PR.
