Status: FIXED — deployed to main

Root Cause

Migration was never generated for companies scalar fields added in feat(data-provenance) (commit 9c436df). The Drizzle snapshot was last updated at idx 37 — subsequent migrations were created manually without running drizzle-kit generate, leaving the snapshot stale.

Fix

Ran pnpm drizzle-kit generate — produced migration 0043_uneven_longshot.sql which adds:

• companies.city
• companies.website
• companies.local_name
• companies.description
• companies.industry
• company_contacts.source
• company_products.source, moq, lead_time

Also cleaned up duplicate enrichment_result_id lines (already handled by 0040 with IF NOT EXISTS).

Deploy

Commit 18ee3db pushed to main. Migration will apply automatically on next Railway deploy.

Incident closed.
