Problem dragging notes.

When I try to drag to change the length of a note in the pattern editor only create a new "note off velocity mark" and a "half" new note is in the grid.
Also when I drag a note to transpose or change the position a new "half note" is created like a "note on", and the original note is in the same place.
That's happened in Manjaro Linux and in Ubuntu before... with the sequencer64.git and also with the binaries in both.

i like to second that. i also attach a video which may make it more obvious to understand the bug.

i've learned, that this bug got fixed and the fix is in branch midi_control.

but even in this branch, things are a bit odd. if you like, i will make another anim gif. please let me know.
