Currently tensorflow is effectively the default backend for miles guess because of how our package is built, but the torch has gotten a lot of expansion and keras can support both pytorch and tensorflow backends. We can make pytorch the default by changing the environment.yml files and specifying torch as the keras backend. It is also possible that keras will auto-detect that only pytorch is available but we need to test that.
