First of all, thank you for your amazing work with ProPrime. I am really enjoying getting to know the model and it´s workflow.
I´ve been trying to replicate your results on the protein engineering task. Unfortunately, the checkpoints for the fine-tuned models of the five proteins are missing or can´t be in the Transformers Library. Only ProPrime650M, ProPrime650M_OGT_predicition and ProPrime690M are publicly available.
In case that those checkpoints can´t be made public, ¿would you be so kind as to explain or upload the scripts to perform my own fine-tuning? That would be really helpful.
