CCO: Data Transfer

Currently, the CCO does not include data transfer costs between regions or between availability zones in the same region(within a single AZ, there are no additional costs).

Describe the solution you'd like
The CCO should include data transfer costs between regions as well as within the same region. It is therefore necessary to split the configurations into availability zones and add the data transfer costs to the price. The amount of data will be determined by the customer (and in the future by Applearner)
