ENDF and CENDL data at the moment stored in plain text - can swap for JSON to allow metadata to be kept. For example, see https://www-nds.iaea.org/exfor/servlet/E4sGetTabSect?SectID=8943000&req=24707&PenSectID=13590305&json. Also could look at using FENDL for all (https://www-nds.iaea.org/fendl/). Related to #11.
