App Store: Consider to remove install/uninstall/update buttons #20

This will allow to make App Store more lightweight. The install/uninstall/update buttons will be replaced with "Manage" html button that lead to the App home page.

@yakutovicha Do you think this is still an issue? I personally think it's fine to keep the buttons.
