I'm trying to add this Led strip to tuya-ble but I get error:

"Device is not registered in Tuya cloud"

It is, it appears on Tuya integration, but always as "unavailable".

Is there any step I'm missing or this device is just not compatible?

EDIT:
I'm adding Tuya IoT Platform Control Instruction mode/instructions table of the device in case that helps
