The idea is that this would allow us to highlight problem replies without requiring the user to open each one and check for themselves. This would be much slower.

It might be better to do this on demand and have it change to make good replies invisible so that the given context (search results or profile replies) collapses down to leave only problem posts with an indication of when the process is done running.
